Victorian Farmhouse
Built in 1894, this Victorian home was lovingly restored in 1999, with much attention given to maintaining its original Queen Anne charm. As you enter, look for the original fireplace mantle in the living room, vintage woodwork, and large kitchen. This nearly 120-year-old gem will be decorated in period Christmas style sparkling with silver and lace. Near Graton.
Mid-Century Modern
This Mid-Century Modern home was built in the late 1940’s by the grandparents of the current occupant. As you enter you will be dazzled by the atomic-era aluminum tinsel tree and Santa-red kitchen cabinets. Retro decorations will transport baby-boomers back to their childhood Christmases. Near Graton.
Artistic Downtown Queen Anne
Wow! Early newspapers listed this early Sebastopol doctor’s home as “one of the finest in Sonoma County” and so it still remains. A stained-glass-filled entryway begins your tour of this artsy 1899 Queen Anne filled with Asian-inspired prints by the owner’s husband, and the studio of painter Wendy Brayton. Be sure to see the back porch conservatory featuring windows salvaged from Santa Rosa’s old Occidental Hotel. Downtown Sebastopol.
Jewel-Box Downtown Cottage
A charming picket fence and garden surround this quaint jewel-box 1920s cottage in downtown Sebastopol. The most intimate home on this year’s tour features exquisite porcelain dolls handmade by the owner, a Father Christmas collection, and romantic Christmas silhouettes. Downtown Sebastopol.
Americana Christmas
Enter this contemporary country house through the large wrap-around porch to the sights and sounds of a rustic Americana-Christmas. Enjoy views of a lovely orchard and yard, as you tour this charming home filled with quilts, natural decorations, and live holiday music.

1880s Victorian Ranch
This pre-1880 country farmhouse, with Craftsman details, is the oldest home on this year’s tour. It was once surrounded by fruit orchards and a dairy; and is now home to several horses and a riding stable. As you explore, look for a wonderful collection of vintage nutcrackers and try to spot a portrait of the home’s original owner among the current owner’s antique collection. South of Sebastopol.
