2012 Artistic Downtown Queen Anne
Wow! Early newspapers listed this early Sebastopol doctor’s home as “one of the finest in Sonoma County” and so it still remains. A stained-glass-filled entryway begins your tour of this artsy 1899 Queen Anne filled with Asian-inspired prints by the owner’s husband, and the studio of painter Wendy Brayton. Be sure to see the back porch conservatory featuring windows salvaged from Santa Rosa’s old Occidental Hotel. Downtown Sebastopol.

2012 19th-Century Victorian Ranch
This pre-1880 country farmhouse, with Craftsman details, is the oldest home on this year’s tour. As you explore, look for a wonderful collection of vintage nutcrackers and try to spot a portrait of the home’s original owner among the current owner’s antique collection. South of Sebastopol.
